We experience reality the way we think it is. What we experience in life is based upon our perceptions. How do we know if our perceptions or beliefs are based upon correct principles? We invite you to join the journey of learning paradigm shifting truths through a self-discovery process of asking effective questions of ourselves and others.
The Empowering Difference, Inc. (TED inc) is sponsoring a series of small group (less than 12) semi-monthly workshops based upon course work designed by Positive Psychology Program B.V. Positive Psychology is a science-based process for helping groups and individuals move closer to their personal values and goals and increasing happiness and fulfillment. The two hour workshops will consist of activities, discussions, self-evaluations and homework assignments. The format will be different than anything you have experienced in the past.
Do you have a deep yearning to make a difference in the world, both personally and professionally? Do you have a deep desire to know your personal and work life matters? Do you long to be happier? Do you seek accelerated personal growth?
These desires are universal. But obtaining them doesn’t just happen. It flows from following the narrow and difficult path which leads thereto. And it requires careful planning and hard work.
Empowering Difference offers a range of opportunities to engage and grow. The GPS Virtual Workshops provide small, facilitated online sessions focused on gratitude exercises, purposeful goal-setting, and community service, held weekly or bi-weekly. Participants also gain access to a comprehensive Resource Library filled with articles, videos, and worksheets on mental health, social media, and identity development. Additionally, the Peer Support Network offers online forums and chat groups for continuous peer-to-peer support and encouragement.
